Ms. Starkey Hahn has devoted her entire legal career to the practice of immigration law. She has helped hundreds of satisfied individuals and companies achieve their immigration goals by providing trustworthy and effective legal advice.

Ms. Starkey Hahn works to honor America's immigrant past by shaping its immigrant future, having served on the Executive Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) DC Chapter, as the AILA DC Chapter Ambassador to the American Immigration Council (AIC), and in a variety of other positions including Pro Bono Liaison and Citizenship Day Chair.  Currently, Ms. Starkey Hahn is the Chair of the AILA National Pro Bono Committee.

Ms. Starkey Hahn stays abreast of the latest trends in immigration law, frequently lecturing at AILA conferences and publishing topical articles. She is the author of Children¹s Issues in U.S. Immigration Law: An Overview, Immigration Briefings (May 1997), Immigration Fundamentals for International Lawyers: Permanent Residence through Employment, American University International Law Review (1998), Child Status Protection Act: Recent Developments, AILA DC Chapter Conference (November 2011) with Sharon Senghor, and Completing Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance(e), AILA's Forms and Fundamentals(2012).
