Maria J. Marty

Maria J. Marty, has been practicing U.S. business immigration law for over 25 years. Ms. Marty began her career in immigration law working with an international commercial transactions law firm in Washington D.C. representing international investors. Since then, she has focused her legal practice on advising start-up to large U.S. companies as well as individual investors, professionals and families with U.S. immigration matters. Ms. Marty is familiar with a variety of industries including bio-tech, high-tech, real estate development, universities, performance arts, the recording industry as well as most non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories. Ms. Marty has lived and practiced business immigration law in Washington D.C., Boston, Brussels, San Francisco and now Seattle. She speaks Spanish and French, is a member of the Maryland and Washington D.C. bars, and can represent foreign nationals with U.S. immigration matters anywhere in the world.
